Arrival and departure:
The rooms are available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-in is until 20:00. Please respectthe check-in times. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the room by 10.00 am.

Dogs and pets:

No dogs or other pets are accepted.

Smokers:
We ask for your understanding that smoking is prohibited in the whole house. All rooms are nonsmoking.

Reservation & Payment:
The reservation is valid as soon as the agreed deposit (30%) has been received by credit card or as abank transfer to our account at Südtiroler Volksbank

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.

Children and Adolescent minors

Those persons who are not yet 18 years of age may not supply their personal data without the permission of their parents or those who exercise parental authority. We do not require, do not store or nor do we give the personal data of children and adolescent minors to third parties.

Login data

We, the site manager and provider, for reasons of our legitimate interest, collect the data related to site accesses and save it on the site server as “server log files”. The following data is logged as follows:

  • Operating system used
  • IP address

Log files are stored for up to 3 days and then deleted. Data is saved for security reasons, e.g. to clarify any non-authorized uses. The data relevant to probative purposes will not be subject to deletion before the facts have been clarified.
